Representing
many of British Columbia's finest First Nation artists, the I-Hos
Gallery has been a Vancouver Island destination since its doors opened
in November 1995.
Dramatically situated near a beach covered
with remnants of ancient fish weirs and framed by Queneesh, the grand
glacier overlooking the Comox Valley, I-Hos Gallery is owned and
operated by the Kmoks First Nation. You'll find the gallery's
distinctive cedar building on Comox Road between Courtenay and Comox,
next to the beautiful Puntledge estuary that flows into Vancouver
Island's Comox Bay. Our knowledgeable staff encourages visitors to
browse the gallery and discover the broad range of talent represented in
this warm and graceful setting. It is a place of discovery, exploration
and friendship.
