The Supreme Court this morning released the youth, 17, under home detention conditions after giving both him and his girlfriend personalised warnings to behave.

Justice Michael David said he was trusting the young lovers to keep the alleged murder out of their conversations and not interfere with ongoing police investigations.

"This is a very big ask," he told the youth's girlfriend.

"If it comes out that he has spoken to you about this case, or there's any problem with you giving evidence or helping police, I will revoke his bail."

To the youth, he said: "I've put my trust in you... if you do anything wrong, chances are you'll be back in custody waiting for this matter to come to trial, which will be some time."

The youth has yet to plead to one count of murder.

Court documents allege he and three adult co-offenders killed Mr Hatzis outside the Savvy nightclub on Light Square last August.

During multiple bail applications in the Supreme, Magistrates and Youth Courts, prosecutors have alleged the group can be linked to the murder by DNA, blood and jewellery found at the scene.

Mr Hatzis, they have claimed, bit one of his attackers and a paramedic trying to save his life before he died.Search our Eyeglasses frame catalog for designer frames.

Today Karen Ingleton, prosecuting, said the case was one of joint enterprise.

"There's a witness statement that includes the observation that, at the time Mr Hatzis sustained stab wounds, he was effectively being held on either side by two men," she said.Unique tungsten jewelry can be found at Forever Metals with ceramic inlay,

"Those men were holding his arms out so he could not cover himself while a third man stabbed him."

Ms Ingleton said witnesses claimed one of the adult co-accused was unconscious at the moment of Mr Hatzis' death, while another was using the knife.

"That leaves (the youth) as one of the two people holding Mr Hatzis," she said.

Ms Ingleton said the youth's girlfriend had provided three statements to police.

In them, she says the youth admitted being close enough to the incident to see the stabbing, and to trying to pull one of the adult co-offenders away from the incident.

"When the youth was approached by police, two weeks later, he gave statements which were full of omissions and lies," she said.Original Custom personalized bobbleheads made to look like your photo.Lover women shoes factory is a professional manufacturer of high-heeled women shoes in China.

Justice David said the allegations against the youth were "not the strongest", and said he should be bailed to finish his Year 12 studies.

He ordered he be on home detention, leaving only for school and sports commitments, and wear an electronic tracker at all times.Shop the latest hair flower accessories on the world's largest fashion site.

He further ordered the youth, his mother and father surrender $1000 each should the bail conditions be breached.

The youth will face court again in March.

Also this morning, Justice David refused to release one of the adult co-offenders on bail.

That man, 22, is the accused prosecutors claim used the knife on Mr Hatzis.
