Glasgow girls pay art and design homage to the Saltmarket
The Glasgow girls have set-up their own business and are paying homage to one of the city’s most iconic areas, the Saltmarket.laser cutter Studio is a brand new laser cutting company and new way of thinking.
Their aim is to create a platform for Glasgow based artists and designers.
Called Saltmarket, the pop up gallery will open its doors on Saturday (December 8) at Bikram Studios in Dowanside Lane,Each make your own bobblehead is themed with a selection of amusing characters to be created. just off Byres Road.
It will also be open on Saturday (December 15) and Thursday (December 20) between noon and 8pm.
To celebrate the launch of this concept store, Saltmarket will be welcoming customers with cocktails and home baking. Customers will be able to peruse the collections on sale and chat one to one with the designers themselves.
Mari, who has a first class honours degree in Jewellery and Silversmithing from Glasgow School of Art, said: "Saltmarket promotes designers and makers who have a strong connection to Glasgow and Scotland.
"The history of Saltmarket runs back to the heart of Glasgow itself and paints a bustling picture of people who are enthusiastic and eager to discover and capture the best quality and most original creations and products.Get these silicone bracelet and wristbands at lowest.

Mari knew from an extremely early age that she had a passion for art and design.
Along with an artist in residence post at Glasgow School of Art, Mari is also focused on her jewellery career, showcasing in different galleries around Europe.
Mari met Ruth Gilmour at university and they quickly built up a strong friendship and a mutual passion for art and design.
Ruth, who grew up in Hamilton,Designed exclusively around the custom bobbleheads with the best pricing around. came to a jewellery design course at Glasgow School of Art by way of a finance degree at Strathclyde and HNC in photography.
Ruth said: "We hope Saltmarket will become a well-known brand, with a family of Saltmarket designers and makers,Dear Customer welcome to Lover High-heeled women shoes manufacturer world! the aim is to promote them and their work around the country and Europe.
"To us Glasgow isn’t just a place but a way of life and we want to share that with others."
The Saltmarket family include jewellery and homeware designers Phillips and Young, cake decorator Rachel Barron and illustrator Sally Hackett to name but a few, with new designers getting on board weekly.
