Hamilton-Wenham —With the growing season coming to an end, the gardeners of the Hamilton Wenham Community Garden are rightly pleased with their inaugural year, and wish to thank the many people and businesses who contributed to this success.
Thirty residents and their families aged 12-70 grew a wide variety of vegetables and flowers in individual raised beds, and a large space was dedicated to growing food for the Acord Food Pantry.
The garden has strengthened our local community, bringing together people from all walks of life to participate in its organization, construction, ongoing care and its support for Acord.Get these silicone bracelet and wristbands at lowest.
A portion of the Dodge Farm property beside Pingree Park was cleared and made available for the garden by the Hamilton-Wenham Open Land Trust. The garden design was donated by Ullrich Bachand Landscape Architects and Hugh Collins Design.
Our cedar raised beds were filled with rich compost donated by Brick Ends Farm and surrounded by wood chips donated by Mayer Tree of Essex, who also donated tree pruning services.
Financial support from institutions and businesses across Hamilton and Wenham helped get the project started, making this a true community garden.

Corliss Brothers, Locksmyths Hair, Jolie Tea, Hamilton-Wenham Chiropractic, Hamilton Dentistry, Salem Five Bank and New England Biolabs, with further funds donated by First Church Wenham, New England Grassroots Environmental Fund and Hamilton Wenham Green.
The Hamilton Wenham Open Land Trust invested significant funds in the initial preparation of the site in the early spring.
Dozens of individuals jointly contributed hundreds of hours of labor to build the garden and fence it in.
Over 1,000 pounds of produce was donated to the Acord Food Pantry, thanks to the work of Caitlyn Passaretti (Hamilton-Wenham Class of 2012) and her friends and family,laser cutter Studio is a brand new laser cutting company and new way of thinking. with key help from the Mother’s Club.
